Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. However, as a small operation, late cancellations significantly impact our business. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- 3 days prior to tour date 50% Cancellation Fee
- 24 hours prior / Same day / No show 100% Cancellation Fee
- 4 days or more prior Full Refund
Weather Conditions
Surfing is dependent on nature. If the guide determines that conditions are dangerous or unsuitable for surfing (e.g., typhoon, extreme wind, no waves), the tour will be cancelled by us.
In this case, you will receive a full refund, or you may choose to reschedule to another date at no extra cost.
*Rain alone is not a reason for cancellation by the guide, as surfing is a water sport. If you choose to cancel due to rain, standard cancellation fees apply.
